One order per ship, please!

We cannot easily deliver goods to your ship multiple times, so please combine your orders:

  • Make one order for the entire ship.
  • Or, you can send us individual orders if they reach us early enough (maybe even before your arrival in Bremerhaven)
  • Or, you can send us individual orders if they reach us all at the same time.

If you put articles in your shopping cart they will remain there even if you don't go to the checkout immediately. You can add more items later and check out when you have everything together. You can close your browser in the meantime.

 

How long will delivery of my order take? 

If you place your order before 14:00, we will deliver it on the same day between 15:00 and 17:00. If your order arrives later than that we'll try our best delivering the next morning between 10.30 and 12.30, but sometimes we can only deliver it in the afternoon of the next day. 

 

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.  

 

Do you charge for the delivery?

No. We will deliver your order free of charge, regardless of order size and total price.

  

How do I place an order?

Simply select the products you want. Careful: many products have different variants, for example a chocolate brand in various flavors - make sure you select the right variant from the pull-down menu.

During checkout, you'll need to enter your email and the name of your ship. You will get an email confirmation for your order.

 

What currencies do you accept?

We accept EUR and USD for payment. Also, please keep in mind that we don’t give back USD coin change (and do not accept USD coins for payment).

 

How can I pay?

You will need to pay upon delivery, in cash. Please try to have the correct change for your order ready as we have limited cash on hand, especially if you pay in USD. 

 

Can I pay with credit card or cash card?

Unfortunately we don’t accept card payment. You can only pay by cash. 

 

Can I bargain?

No. We have set prices that we cannot adjust. Please refrain from bargaining, for the sake of our time and nerves. 

 

How do I cancel my order?
